COUPLES UK is run by the most exalted and most secret Presidium. In The Presidium's Chamber, moderators can communicate with each other and make wise but secret decisions. The group has its own Punishment Committee ready to punish sinful members in the punishment room and its own Reward Officers ready, but not always willing, to reward good behaviour in the reward room.
