Realmente se cree que si hacemos ejercicio más tiempo se pueden tener resultados más rápido y no, ya que por el contrario el cuerpo se acostumbra y ya no se tiene un avance que se puede notar, hay que darnos el tiempo de descanso correcto para la recuperación del músculo ya que los resultados llegarán tarde o temprano.

I've recently gotten back into cycling again. Great cardio excercise. Great for the lack of beating on the joints. In the winter I'm on my trainer, so I'm still riding daily more than twelve miles a day.

Ther just this one thing, the road racing seat pinches some in the veins. Now I don't know if it tis the pinching on the veins or all of the cardio endurance; but I get erections ...

As I step on the scale for the first time, For an 8 week diet class ran by register dietitians. I weighed in at 299 lbs on 02-10-14 as of 03-03-15 I weighed in at 171 lbs.

There was no fad diets, pills or surgery. This weight loss was done at about the rate of 2 lbs a week. I will be sharing more of what worked for me and still does to maintain.
